Pride, Passion and Performance: Prior’s Field Celebrates the Class of 2025

The Class of 2025 at Prior’s Field has achieved outstanding A-level results, with 27% A*–A and 65% A*–B, reflecting their hard work, resilience, and individuality.

At Prior’s Field, we believe that every student’s journey is unique and shaped by their talents, determination, and the support of a community that celebrates individuality. The Class of 2025 has once again shown what it means to aim high and shine brightly, with this year’s A-level results marking a moment of pride and joy for the whole school.

We are delighted to share that our students achieved 27% A*–A and 65% A*–B, both an increase on last year’s results. These outcomes reflect not only academic excellence, but also the deep commitment, resilience, and creativity our students bring to all they do.

Among the many successes is Sharanya one of our outgoing Deputy Head girls, who this summer completed her seven-year journey at Prior’s Field with an outstanding set of results A, A, A in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Sharanya will be reading Medicine at the University of Southampton, a testament to her dedication, intellect, and consistent hard work throughout her time here. Her unwavering focus and quiet determination have inspired those around her, and we are thrilled to see her take the next step towards a career of care and service.

Our Head Girl, Arabella, has also been part of the Prior’s Field family since Year 7. It has been a privilege to watch her flourish from her very first day to her last, growing into a confident, capable young woman who leads with warmth and integrity. This year she achieved A, B, B in Art and Design, Business, and Psychology, and will go on to study Fashion Marketing at the University of Leeds. Arabella’s creative vision and entrepreneurial spirit will no doubt serve her well. She will be joined at Leeds by our Deputy Head Girl, Juliette, a fitting continuation of their shared leadership journey.

We also celebrate Matilda, whose love of literature and keen analytical mind have shaped her time at Prior’s Field. Matilda will take these qualities forward to the University of Exeter, where she will study English Literature – a course perfectly matched to her passion for words and ideas.

Beyond these individual stories, the Class of 2025 will be heading to universities across the UK to study a wide range of subjects. Destinations include Durham University to read Criminology, Swansea University for Business Management, Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Loughborough, Veterinary Medicine and Science at University of Surrey and other courses ranging from Fashion to Theology and Religion, Medicine, and Politics and Economics. This breadth of ambition reflects the individuality of our students and the diverse paths they will follow.

Headteacher Zoe Ireland said:

'We are enormously proud of the Class of 2025 , not only for their impressive results, but for the young people they have become. They have embraced challenges, encouraged one another, and pursued their passions with energy and grace. Each of them leaves us with our admiration, our hope, and our love, ready to make their mark on the world.'

The Class of 2025 departs with a legacy of leadership, creativity, and kindness. They will always be part of the Prior’s Field story, and we cannot wait to see where their journeys take them next.
