Smaller Schools, Big Results – First GCSE Cohort Completes Five-Year Journey

LPS Clapham has celebrated its first-ever GCSE results, marking the culmination of a five-year journey for its founding cohort. The Class of 2025 achieved 28% grades 9–7 and 96% grades 9–4, both well above the 2025 national averages of 21.8% and 67.1% and with every student securing passes in English and Maths.

  • English & Maths – 100% pass rate across the cohort

  • Thomas – avg 8.1, excelling in Sciences & Creative Arts; one of the founding “gang of 12”,celebrated his birthday with 9s in Physics, Maths, Further Maths & Chemistry – heading to Alleyn’s.
  • Jacob – avg 7.0, strong in Humanities & Languages; moving to Emanuel.
  • Jack – avg 7.0, standout in Science; joining Cranleigh.
  • Nathanial – avg 6.6, strong in Maths & Geography; joining Graveney.
  • Zak – avg 6.4, excelling in English & Arts; heading to Bishop Thomas Grant.
  • Immy – joined just a year ago, achieved excellent results and is off to Kingston to study Creative Design.
  • Archie – another founding student, excelled across his GCSEs and taking up a hockey scholarship at Royal Russell.
