Olympic Hockey Coaching at Aldro

As part of Wellbeing Day, Aldro proudly welcomed Olympic Hockey Gold Medallist, Shona McCallin, MBE.

Shona gave an assembly to pupils around the day’s theme of ‘belonging’, telling the story of her career to date, and showing off her Olympic medals.

Shona then passed on her valuable hockey knowledge to Form 7 and 8 pupils, providing a series of coaching sessions on the all-weather pitch throughout the day.
